The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grandstand Casino Toronto, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claim, demand, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to the User's access or use of Grandstand Casino Toronto's services.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Grandstand Casino Toronto'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF $1,000 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR USE OF Grandstand Casino Toronto'S SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING SUCH CLAIM.

11. GOVERNING LANGUAGE

The official language of these Terms and Conditions is English. If there are any discrepancies between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using Grandstand Casino Toronto's services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
